Clint Vegas has over twenty years experience in the petroleum and fuel distribution business. Mr. Vegas is the President and owner of Gulf States Oil, a lubricant packaging company, Delta Agri Fuels, LLC, a biodiesel wholesaler, and Delta Fuel Company, Inc., based in Ferriday, Louisiana. Delta Fuel Company has 5 distribution locations and over 2,000 customers primarily in the farming sector. Mr. Vegas currently serves on the Boards of Delta Bank and Farm Bureau and is a past member of ExxonMobil's Advisory Council. Mr. Vegas received his B.S. in Agriculture Business from Louisiana State University.

Scott Nisula has over twenty years of petroleum and refinery experience. Mr. Nisula began his career with Chevron and spent eighteen years in research and development and refinery management. Mr. Nisula left Chevron after serving as Northwest Region Refining Manager where he had responsibility for more than 35,000 barrels per day of production and more than 150 employees at two refineries in the Pacific Northwest. After leaving Chevron in 1999, Mr. Nisula has focused his scientific and engineering expertise in the area of alternative fuels, particularly biodiesel. Mr. Nisula has conducted extensive research into biodiesel technologies and markets. Mr. Nisula received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1981.
Paul Patterson, Operations Manager

Paul Patterson has over 32 years of experience in the chemical and petroleum business. Mr. Patterson was involved in the original design and construction of the Natchez facility during its construction in 1969 for Calumet Petroleum Additives. Mr. Patterson was Production Manager for Calumet from 1969 to 1978. Mr. Patterson continued with the facility as the Production and Safety Manager when Amoco Chemicals bought the facility in 1978 and when Ethyl Corporation bought the plant from Amoco in 1991. During Mr. Patterson's tenure at the plant, he has managed the day to day activities of the facility and more than 75 employees.
Wanda Horne, Lab Manager

Wanda Horne has over twelve years of engineering experience in the chemical refinery business. Ms. Horne was employed by Ethyl Corporation at the Natchez facility prior to it being purchased by Delta BioFuels. Ms. Horne has hundreds of hours of specialized training in laboratory control and techniques as well as safety and quality control. Prior to positions with Ethyl Corporation, Ms. Horne taught mathematics and science in the United States and Saudi Arabia. Ms. Horne received her B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Southern Mississippi and her M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.

Delta BioFuels, Inc. is a Delaware corporation, majority-owned by a private investment firm based in Texas with approximately $3.5 billion of assets under management.
